Cancellation Policy:
Please note: All cancellations must be received (not postmarked) in writing via mail or fax transmission (954-926-1180). Cancellation Policy must be strictly enforced since workshops require a great deal of planning and preparation.

• A refund will be given, less a $150.00 processing fee if cancelled 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Any cancellation less than 14 days or “NO SHOWS” will not qualify for a refund, but may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of the administrative department of AEI.

• Since a minimum number of registrants are necessary for each course and if we do not meet this minimum, or for any other reason beyond our control the course is cancelled or postponed, registration fee will be refunded in full. Please note AEI is not responsible for deposits to hotels, non-refundable airline tickets or fees associated with necessary airline changes.

Special Note: Registration will not be taken without payment of tuition, in full, one week prior to workshop. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your deposit for a course. Until you receive this confirmation, please do not assume you are registered for the course. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 days, please contact us. Your registration is not finalized until you receive this written confirmation from our office. We are not responsible for accommodating unconfirmed registrations in the event of a sold out course.

Guarantee Policy:
150 Day Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your training you may take the same course again at no additional cost (didactic portion only) within 150 days from your original training date, after which this guarantee is void. (Hands-on offered with authorization, additional fees apply) There is no extension granted on this guarantee.


All nurses need to check the regulations in regards to your abilities to do these procedures as the laws have changed recently.
